Fit Tip: Best food to eat after a weekend of too much alcohol?
Did you have a weekend of too much drinking? Well, your liver needs a rest, and a detox. Eat plenty of beets. I had an aversion to beets since I was a kid, where I was forced to eat them. So, I went over 15 years without having any. But, I was surprised when I trieed them again this year, and now I LOVE them. Plus, they're fantastic to help support proper liver functioning.
