As the Olympics are quickly approaching, even if you don't really ever watch them, try to think about the hard work and dedication that goes into the life of an Olympic athlete. Constantly working to improve performance, function, efficiency, and health. They must make choices on what to do/eat to best perform, because they know how important what they do/eat correlates to their efficiency. Make sure that you look at them as athletes, but also as people. People, like you and me, who give everything they've got to their bodies, who just so happen to have the opportunity to represent their country. Most importantly let their determination, and their years of hard work to get to where they are, inspire you to reach your next goal.
