Fit Tip: Having a Bad Day? Put a Clock on it!


Everyone has bad days. The key is to put a clock on it. Allow yourself some time to sort through it all then hit the reset button and keep it moving. Whenever you are having a bad day, what is the best thing you can do to help cheer yourself up?

  1. Great Training Day! Nice to have you as a CPR Partner. Machu Picchu! Can't wait! Seriously, count me in. I've wanted to go for the last 2 years. So call me with the trip info or if you have time to address a rotator cup rehab issue or if you just want to hang out. I can even try to train for a 5K in 5 weeks, maybe?.
