Fit Tip: For all my runners out there!

To all of my runners who will be running the 1/2 marathon this weekend in Sacramento, and all other runners out there in the world, read, think about, and internalize this quote. Let it bring you strength as you push your own boundaries and become a new person with each and every stride. Obviously, no runner is a wimp, no matter what pace you run, but we can all use a little fire lit behind us every once in a while.
